Dear Mark, There is enough in the Bible for us to believe and have understanding in some areas. We can not bare His full wisdom and knowledge yet for we have finite brains. There is a promise that we see dimly now but when we are with Him we will see fully and gain His knowledge and be made like Him. IMO there is a point when a person has resisited God to much. Like a criminal that is shown mercy and released early and uses that mercy to go out and hurt someone else. The scriptures reveal that if a person resists at a certain point (that only God knows) they will never be willing to change. God giving us free will is one of those things that we will see clearly when we are with Him. Have you ever known someone like an Albert Einstien, where you are humbled by their knowledge? When I read Gods questions to Job I became teachable for I could not answer any of them and accepted my limited knowledge compared to the creator of the Universe. Also, seeing His greatness I could understand my sin or really coming short of His standards that are so far greater than mine in love, power and wisdom.
