PE, Firstly it was always rumored then it was posted a while ago (142..I think) "He believe inital results of hole one is excellent and that's why the buyback of 10M before any sample results is release. he will be speaking IDCN PR soon, I'm wanting for a call back, will post phonecon. " I believe this to be the basis behind the shares being offered up at .37. of course we are gambling that the independent verification confirms, but logic tells me that it probably will. We will find out soon.
