Chuck: Many thanks for your info.

On an e-mail note, whenever I e-mailed Maxam before using the e-mail link at the website, I never got a response. Not very good PR and IR not to return e-mail, IMO. Finally, I e-mailed them and asked specifically for a response and they responded by saying that unless a name, address and phone number is provided, not response would be given. IMO, this is YET ANOTHER MISTAKE the company is making, for the following reasons:

1) A non-shareholder visiting the website wanting info has no clue that a name, address and phone number are required for a response, so if he sends an e-mail and gets no response, he may simply walk away and not consider buying shares;

2) Lots of companies will return e-mails without requiring disclosure of address and phone number.

3) Many people consider it an invasion of privacy to have to disclose one's address and number before communication can begin.

4) Why would you want to piss off a possible future shareholder through such Big Brother tactics? Do Maxam officers and employees disclose their home address and phone number to everyone before speaking? I think not.

While I truly hope Maxam succeeds, sometimes I think they need to take a step backwards and look at what they're doing.

Rand

P.S. Maxam already had my name, address and phone number.
