I remember reading about program trading somewhere along the lines. The basic idea of program trading was that it is designed to not affect the stock price at all. It is merely designed to follow certain ternds (as opposed to creating them). Once buyers come into the market this afternoon, the programs will modify their behavior accordingly and you will see the price start to level, it's already coming back from where it was at 12:00.

As for buying/selling advice, I really leave that upto you. I hate saying to "buy" or "sell" something, just in case something happens.
