So writes 60 MINUTES face Andy Rooney in his upcoming weekly syndicated column. A prerelease of Rooney's weekend column, obtained by the DRUDGE REPORT, shows the broadcast veteran hitting hard. "I have this sneaky feeling now, in spite of polls to the contrary, that the tide is turning on President Clinton. I think that because I notice a very negative attitude creeping into my own thoughts about him, and if I'm as normal and average an American as I think I am and have that feeling, then a lot of people are having it.
