I don't follow HWP but haven't they been consistent in having poor reports (or do I have them confused with another box maker)? If the answer is "yes," obviously it hasn't hurt Dell in the past. T.R.

To CWIT: A bad report from one company in a sector will not affect others in that sector??? What rock did you just grow out from under??? The last time Dell was hit in a pre-earnings announcement was when HWP proclaimed it wasn't going to make their numbers last quarter. CPQ destroyed Dell the previous quarter ( Drop of approximately 10 bucks) the day it pre-announced during that terrible early April day!!! I'm hoping for a decent report with a healthy forward looking statement from both Dell and HWP. Unfortunately a decent report from Dell will be a Death blow to this issue. Good Luck to ya!!!
