** This is the email I received yesterday from a Knightsbridge stockholder **Hi. You don't know me, but my name is David St. Martin and I am a Canadian investor in a company called Knightsbridge corp. It is a high tech startup that was trading recently on the OTC:BB under the symbol KBDG (now KBDGD). Unlike CVIA, KBDG has investments in a couple of technologies and some cash in the bank. However, like CVIA, KBDG's principal owners have decided to merge with Western Oil and Tire Distributors. Due to this, the shareholders of Knightsbridge have now suffered through a 4 for 1 stock consolidation and I personally have just watched my (U.S.)$15,000.00 worth of 30,000 shares (purchased in a private placement for 50 cents each in March 1997) just sink to $937.50 worth of 7,500 shares now trading for 12.5 cents. I'm very pissed. Who are the principals of WOTD. Apart from that shady $500,00.00 loan they received from CVIA what other cash or assets do they have? Where are their offices and where are they incorporated? How long have they been in business? Have they ever made any money? Have the principals ever built a successful business in the past that benefitted the shareholders and not just themselves? Is there even a phone number for these guys so I can call them and find out what they have to say for themselves? Until yesterday I had never heard of Corporate Vision, but after going through the last few months of entries on the CVIA thread I was very impressed by the way so many of you took on Jack Arnold and WOTD to defend your rights. Because most of our shareholders purchased their shares through the private placement they are much more passive and dependant on the guys in charge of Knightsbridge for information and they don't tend to question their decisions. Therefore I don't foresee the willingness for the same tenacious fight that you had. Do our shareholders have any hope or are we screwed? I can be reached at david.stmartin@cgi.ca
