Yes, but Bill, the fact remains that overall they did run out .046, and if memory serves me right, there were some blanks in the lineup... Probably of more importance is what was BD relationship with IPM AFTER IPM made the PR?
If BD is as reputable as they were claimed to be, (and I have my doubts about this), then why did they not react or act? A lot of people placed their hard earned cash on this PR as it started the ball rolling to $14.00.In the old days, silence was probably the thing to do, but in today's legal atmosphere, culpability / neglect has very long arms.
