ALL: KEEP L&S. Nothing much will happen until news, especially while the overall market drifts wondering what lies ahead. The dark cloud of ASIA and RUSSIA is starting to slow things down. Wish it didn't happen just when FNTN was about to bloom, but as we all have realized, the product of FNTN should be little effected by the economy. Its product will be needed no matter what.

Well if this chart is right FNTN should be at or closing near its low.

THE STOCHASTIC OSCILLATOR (BOTTOM 1/3 OF THE CHART)
The stochastic indicator attempts to determine when prices start to cluster around their low of the day for an uptrending market, and when the tend to cluster around their high in a downtrending market. Lane's theory is these are the conditions which indicate a trend reversal is beginning to occur.

Ordinarily, the %K line will change direction before the %D line. However, when the %D line changes direction prior to the %K line, a slow and steady reversal is usually indicated.

The stochastic indicator is plotted as two lines. They are the %D line and the %K line. The stochastic is plotted on a chart with values ranging from 0 to 100. Readings above 80 are strong and indicate that price is closing near its high. READINGS NEAR OR BELOW 20 ARE STRONG AND INDICATE THAT PRICE IS CLOSING NEAR ITS LOW. A bullish signal occurs when the %K rises through the %D when it is near or below 20

FNTN is still maintaining prices above the 50 and 200 day moving averages.

Hi DP, Just got off the phone after talking with MS. He did'nt reveal anything you don't already know somewhat but I am left feeling much more positive about the company. I think his enthusiasm has rubbed off on me as well. He did re-affirm that the revenue whereby the brokers get "voice information" has been continuing since January 1998. The intranet content has not been transmitted to any clients yet but they will get switched to intranet when that is announced. The videos look great in the test runs. They should look great if you have ISDN. I asked about a shareholders meeting and he excitedly said to look for an announcement for that too.

Harry (MS is willing to trade his job for mine-LOL)
