Your post is very valid. IMO, this is were Mr. Mark Roberts has failed existing shareholders and the company as a whole. By his silence he has allowed the share price to fall to near all time lows and in the process has scared off potential investors like yourself. I have come to the conclusion that those in the know have been very selfish and will now pay the price along with the rest of us. I, and many others on this thread have given Mr. Roberts too much rope and it appears he may have hung himself. Let us hope a saviour comes along to replace him and get this company back on track. Outlaw, no argument from me. I have gone on record here and in personal e-mails with people, stating that I do not believe that this is any way a necessity. Having said that, it does not mean that there are not reasons for the occurrence (obviously). Thus if/when I am able to track down some of the explanations, for this happening, I do still post them. I wish I could act surprised by the cease-trade issuance, however, given the duration of this issue, I am not. Salut, Leigh McBain
