Have you read their last quarter 10Q report? It does not mention about any partnerships and any specific purchase orders that Osicom might have as of April 30. That's why, I say again : "the best of knowledge" based on just SEC reports is not good enough to determine a true status of a company. Companies are obliged to share established bad news in their 10Q, 10K or 8K reports - not necessary potential/established good news as part of their day-day operation. You got to dig in more to know the real current facts before you could make absolute statements! Otherwise, it could be misleading to others!
