limtex - I think you put too much faith in lawyers and the legal system. This is not a situation that lends itself readily to the "law baby" business (as I was taught to call it when I was attending business school, living in a dorm right next to one with all law babies).

Maybe someone will help investors out by starting some rumors about all the other tech companies, most of which are down significantly more than Qcom is today.

Not saying there's anything funny about false rumors but the result is usually a pummeling (if only short-term) of the stock. Qcom seems to be holding up very well, rumors or not. Basically, in line with the loss on the NAZ.
