Just buy in the money calls -- August. I think there is a very good chance that they will bounce. We have to get more of a bounce than this before we start down again.

I would buy MER before either of those, FWIW.

Both banks are sitting at "key support" -- a drop below and there would be a lot of selling. MER has some cushion between it and "key support."
