I would not be holding my breath waiting for that announcement. Their IR person has been touting the stock and promising all sorts of things. But alas none to date, so if past is prologue , don't look for anything soon . I have never ,ever invested in a company where their IR person has been an outright tout! It would certainly not be allowed by the SEC et al. Caveat emptor !

Ps I am a sad but wiser shareholder,hoping for the best but based on their action not expecting much .

Bought another 10,000 at .40. Some of this stock is institutional from the 1.75 warrants. It's bargain time. Financing still in the works. New money is awaiting some info from HEC. I'm told this should ensure at rise to the 1.00 range short term. We'll see.
