CONFIRMED WITH CFO TODAY that $ 1.31EPS for this year is still on track: It is! The buyback is complete at average price of $ 10.375. Six insiders have bought stock in the available window since the last earnings release in August. Price to sales is now under 1.0 and current price is now at hard book, according to CFO. They have had recent interviews at Bear Stearns and BT Alex Brown. This group is a disaster, but this stock is solid IMHO.
