Thanks for the scoop on the offers. No wonder I'm not getting anywhere!
I may bite the bullet and buy at the ask, once the volume starts moving. No sense in jumping the gun.
Thanks again,
Bobb

Dave, here is the latest from S4T, any thoughts on what's going on with NRPI??
>>NATIONAL REHAB PROPERTIES (NRPI) $.35 We are issuing an AGRESSIVE BUY on NRPI at this time as the Company has started to acquire lots in the Miami area for the new construction of "affordable housing". Tampa will be the next city for the new construction. What is so exciting is that NRPI will make twice as much per house ($20,000) as they would on the rehab of older homes. Most people would prefer a new home if the monthly payments are similar. There has been very little volume lately and we should see a move of over 100% from the present levels. As the Company delivers on the numbers, we should see an even larger move up in price. With the new financing now in place, NRPI could earn $.20 over the next year which would give the stock a value of at least $2-3. There is very little stock for sale and we could see a rapid move up from here. There is another newsletter writer whose recommendation will be out in the next week. <<
