FAMHER, I think that the prices will rise after the reports, but I am not nearly as optimistic as you. I'm thinking .20-.25 only at end of August, because the 1996 financial reports mean "soooooo" little. However, at the end of Sept, if the financial reports for 1997 come out, that may go to 0.50-0.55. Then, they need to come clean for 1998. If Adam gives back some shares, we will see >$1, if not, then not. The big investors will stay out if they see a company officer diluting shares AND keeping company control by keeping some of the new shares, because that shows greed and that is not a desirable trait in corporate officers. This is, of course just my opinion. Stay in the Black! jimS
