William, if your question is what justification is there that Dell will move higher, let me give you some. If the general perception is that Dell has reached sufficient size and financial strength to make its earnings outlook clearer (not higher, mind you -- just less risky) the stock would be worth more. If there is a perception that long term interest rates will fall, that too would drive the price higher.

Now, as to your assertion that Dell cannot maintain its historic eps growth or revenue growth because of its sheer size, at what size does this effect take place. At what point would you begin to make this assertion, and how do you know?
