That said, I suppose I may as well be hanged for a sheep as a lamb. Just received this information: Southern District of New York cases: H.B. London, et al. vs. First American Equities Holdings, Inc, William Key Cantrell, Jack Uselton and Darrell Uselton. Millport vs. Uselton I have no details yet, but obviously I'll look into it.

Artie, Obviously you have chosen the wrong stock to be involved in - and that isn't anyone else's doing. That's always hurtful whenever it happens. No one on this thread or elsewhere owes you any explanation for their presence. I've seen all of Janice's posts regarding the facts. It's unpleasant when people lose money; but I know I'm indebted to whatever Janice uncovers because it will be helpful in other situations. I believe Janice has stated in other posts that she is not short, does not get paid for posting, etc. It would be appreciated if you'd keep your hostility and name-calling to yourself. Janice is completely opposite to what you regard in your post.

Hey MORON - Instead of your asinine insults, maybe if you LISTENED to what Ms. Shell had to say you would not be in the sorry condition you are in now. ICVI and MTEI are GARBAGE. I made LOTS of money when I dumped this crap after the Rocketeers hyped it to over $1.00. The drop to zero is not Janice's doing, nor is it anyone else's on SI or any other forum. If you had paid attention to those who questioned the endless hype from the cheerleaders and sycophants, you might be in better shape now.
