update on apco:

it's doing nicely bouncing off 7.3 support.

however, it still has not crossed out of the downward channel.
to draw the top line of this downward channel,
connect peaks of 4/28/98, 6/8/98, 7/15/98, and so forth.

upside resistance is at 9.3 notice on 8/6/98, the high touched it but failed to have a close abv it.

but again, a trader could make some $$ by playing between 7.3 and 9.3
