Okay, I'll post this again. It is my understanding that all the 152c needs is to be truthful, so that the MM can sign off on it. You all should take over the company, use the money that you are raising, and straighten out the finances. Then write everything off, and say the company is worthless, but starting over. Yo should be able to get an MM. There is nothing in the SEC that says a company has to have value to trade, look at tvsi, it just has to be honest in what it represents to the public. Now, if you all want to sue roland and gary afterwards go for it, It also doesn't preclude you all from doing anything against the shorts they are two different issues.
