Alright now, there is just one problem that really has me confused. Is Mark not interested in the MX153 proposal? The stated intent is to do everything possible to close on the Greek shipping company Tuesday. That is the 18th. If that occurred according to the guidelines stated in the press release the door will be closed to John Spriggs. Now you are telling me there is a meeting with JS and MIDL on the 19th. From what I'm reading this was all known prior to the press release. Is JS and MX153 a backup plan if the Greek shipping deal doesn't go through? Does JS lack the resource funding to build a plant? Why was nothing mentioned in the press release. Its not like we haven't been hounding the company for a DF144 status report. Gary recently said he had heard nothing.
