made the rounds and heard nothing. The only thing I can guess is that MLCO has been active on the bid all the way up. Everytime they get up, ISLD (SOES) and INCA jump ahead. been a horse race with them, and occasionally NBMO, but MER has definitely been the driver - no coverage announcement, but my guess is they could be loading inventory prior to initiation. reasonable guess but THIS IS JUST A GUESS.
