Don: You can't trick ME. I'm holding. As a matter of fact I was single-handedly responsible for driving the price into the 1.90s a couple of days back. I keep forgetting - Is it "sell on the dips and buy on rise?"
Must be doing something wrong.
But enough about price. In Kevin's investor page he has billboarded a quote about concentrating more on the business and less on the price, and that is very good advice. It's tough not to get sidetracked.
Speaking of fundamentals, there's been some talk about FNTN possibly being closer to NASDAQ listing than previously thought .

What DO we know:
We know where the current price is.
We know that FNTN has been receiving non-Intranet revenues.
We know that FNTN has been fattening their reserves with investment money
We know that they are close to closing the IDB purchase (and to some degree, this adds to FNTN's measurable size)
We know that FNTN has auditors actively working on NASDAQ needs.

Of the big three future events (Intranet, profitability & NASDAQ) NASDAQ listing may be the biggest single positive jolt. Assuming all other requirement are met (IMO) it will probably take the Intranet announcement, IDB announcement and perhaps client announcements to put them over $4.00 and qualify for the exchange. Also. MS has predicted a profitable 4th Q, which is soon but would not effect the stock price until after the first of the year. If FNTN is in fact close to NASDAQ listing and my calculations are correct as to stock reaction points, can we assume that everything we want to hear (short of profitability) is imminent?
Any thoughts?
