NYCNPBBKR--I was deliberately vague regarding the post I complained about. A few of my friends here are aware of the specific post I reacted to including the person who was posted. The perpetrator was given a lifetime ban and as I said I have reason to believe a large number of SI members complained. To my mind the violation of the 'Rules of engagement' was key. Rot again. The other plate I saw made me think of the people who read my posts because they dislike me, it said "Don't follow me I have gas" then you are in the right place - ....seems to be a lot of match-throwers willing and waiting

"The first one said, "My lawyer will beat up your lawyer". Is there a covert threat here? It sure seems to have those key words. Maybe it's even deeper than that, maybe it means, "if you run into the back of my car I will do everything in my power including have my lawyer personally beat you up,in pursuit of taking your assets? Either way I'm not going to split those hairs." So the question, to which I never received a response (http://www.exchange2000.com/~wsapi/investor/reply-5412287), is, did you suffer a loss in a lawsuit recently? You surely seem to have a deep-seated hostility toward lawyers. Or, should we say "Some lawyers are ambulance chasers. My lawyer sure is some lawyer. Therefore, my lawyer is an ambulance chaser." Or perhaps better yet, "Some brokers churn accounts. My broker sure is some broker. Therefore, my broker churned my account." Either way I'm not going to split those hairs.
