Chris- It seems someone always accumulates a stock before the earnings announcement if there is any perception of good news. Since there hasn't been any negative news other than rumors the stock will trend up. If these bad rumors come to fruition in their earnings report I believe we have anywhere from 3/4 to 1 1/4 points on the downside. BWSI has $1.70 a share in cash that will be the ultimate downside target. At those ridiculous price levels I believe it would be extremely prudent to speculate with any issue that has potential.
