Again, all I was trying to show to Boner is that even if his group show up with 7.5MM shares to vote, they won't have a majority of the outstanding.NO way, no how. If HK Elrod doesn't have a majority locked up, he can easily achieve it via restricted share issuance and cast those votes and graciously return the shares back to the treasury afterwards.

I personally believe that HK and crew have the 50% +1 already in the can and can withstand any shareholder revolt. But, when dealing with this HK Boner crowd, you have to concede the full devil's advocate to them and then still show how "they can't get there from here."
Final disclaimer:
I am in no way inferring that CSMA will go the way that 99% of the reverses done by other companies and immediately dilute after it occurs.

They haven't, and most principals are not drawing any salary. The company is not trying to shift money from CSMA shareholders to the company as evidenced by reasonable G & A figures.

thru 5/31/97: Revenue $1,393,614
Cost of Goods Sold 724,669 <<reasonable
Gross Profit 668,945

G&A 1,238,617 <<reasonable?????????

Let's hope the costs are more reasonable now.
