Lurker: Please keep FACTS straight!!!!!!

It serves no constructive purpose when folks warp the facts so badly.
Regarding your post:

1) Ira did not take over at HVAR. It still has someone else as President, etc. Ira's firm is simply "retained" as a consultant according to the PRs. The most visible aspect of their involvement is the press releases themselves.

2)Ira came on board almost 8 months after 12/31/96, thus he had no impact on ops during the period, and little responsibility for the failure to release the financials in a timely fashion. I even seem to recall someone getting the 6/30/97 (6 mo.) financials from a previous PR firm, not as a result of any action, notice, or PR by FAMH.

3) Since The Milan Group (Monas's Co.) was retained by HVAR, it appears the share price has only dropped 5%+/- of what it dropped before they came on board ($0.12 vs. $2.25). Was he responsible for what happened prior to his involvement? Is the stabilization a result of the Milan Group, or just the share price scraping along the airport runway pavement?

Now, don't go smokin' (pun intended). I have no fondness for the man, in fact I'm extremely neutral until more data is forthcoming. I can just as easily see two sides to this drama, neither of which give me the "warm fuzzies".

Press Releases announcing Monas' appointment emphasized A.A. retained an active role in operations after Monas came on board, and at least one individual who called the FAMH office stated A.A. was in the background. A.A. also played a role in conference calls. IMOHO, the "fickle finger" points directly to the very top.

What if the '97's, next month show better than 0.1085, was Monas correct all along? What if they are 0.02? Why didn't an active owner-founder correct the error? Where were the accountants all this time? What if the numbers are negative, and share issuance has been the only thing keeping them afloat? What if they really are turning out 25-30% margins when others cannot?

What if we just stick to the facts, as best we can, ........... with reasonable analysis, poking, prodding, and fun?

By the way I liked the "helicopter" analogy, but ??? 30,000 ft. ??? BXMNF got a lot of people, including the Indonesian government heads.

Good luck, whatever the outcome.
