I would think that getting IBM to be a qualified second source for the Winchip would entail licensing them to produce it. It seems to go hand in hand and the arrangement is an important plus for IDT, as has been discussed elsewhere on this thread.

Hi Tom. David B's explanation makes sense to me. I sold all of
my position back in April and have been waiting for the dust to
settle before easing back in.

Fugazi sure made the call at $5.00 didn't he? When I read his post
I got the feeling that he was right on again.

Rob has repeatedly said this thing would languish for a while and
I believe he's right, too. It's real hard to get excited about IDTI
especially when it had the audacity to go down on light volume on
an up day for the market in general.

Do you think the company will ever put up a meaningful investors area
on their website? I think what we were told earlier this year was
just more empty talk from investor relations. They threw us that biscuit to shut us up. After weeks of no action, I shut up, got up, got mad, and got the heck out.

I recently took positions in INTC, DELL, WMT, CSCO and got dang
lucky with the timing. If IDTI show any signs of life after the
next earnings release, I might have a few dollars to throw in again.

Good luck to all.

Gary D.
