Bernard and Thread,

Earlier this year, FON took a minority position in the ISP, EarthLink.
There was a commitment to ELNK services and a good fit.

If there is any substance to the FON interest in WCII, it may be a similar deal. That is, a minority position and good fit on "last mile access" to business customers.

Using this logic, ARTT is even more a screaming buy, because it is more oversold than WCII and market cap in relation to licenses is probably 1/4 of WCII.
