Peaceful; Assuming MS is talking about generic financials, the "Form 10" is most likely standard corporate filings. Which one depends on the letter suffix that follows. I think Form 10s are always either quarterlies or annuals, but this is far from my area of expertise.
There may be a separate "Form 10" designation that is internally exclusive to NASDAQ or AMEX but my bet is that MS was referring to standard corporate financials.

Hi everyone,

Yes the Form 10 is significant so here is an overview of two of the Forms 10's. I am not sure which one you and he are talking about so that is why I gave you both overviews.

Form 10-Q: A quarterly report which provides a continuing view of a company's financial position during the year. The filing is due 45 days after each of the first three fiscal quarters. No filing is due for the fourth quarter.

Form 10-K: An annual report which provides a comprehensive overview of the company for the past year. The filing is due 90 days after the close of the company's fiscal year, and contains such information as company history, organization, nature of business, equity, holdings, earnings per share, subsidiaries, and other pertinent financial information.

Regards,

Bill

Peaceful asked that I post this for him. He is having computer problems of sorts.

Hello Mr. Sheppard

I hope that all is well with you and your staff at Financial Intranet. I would hope that even as busy as everyone there must be that you are all still taking time for yourselves to enjoy life.

I have enjoyed investigating your new internet site. I especially like the way you have set it up for news research. I don't think I have come across any other sites that allow inquiries like the FNTN site does for breaking news stories.

I am curious about business in general at FNTN and hope that you can shed some light on a few issues.

How is your efforts to get listed on the NASDAQ or the AMEX coming a long and does it look more like you will be going for listing on the NASDAQ or AMEX?

How is the financial industry receiving your Intranet services? I am assuming that you are promoting it.

I understand that you can't enlighten me to any knowledge that the public does not have but anything that you see fit to respond to would be greatly appreciated.

Have a nice rest of the week Mr. Sheppard

Craig (Post as Peaceful on the SI thread)

Dear Craig,

I'm sorry that I can not comment on most of your questions just yet, but watch for some more press announcement in the very near future. What I can confirm is that one of the Companys missions is to file our form 10 and we have just completed this and are awaiting comments from our Law firm so we can submit to the SEC and of course we need to move off the BB.

Thank you for your interest

Regards,

Michael Sheppard
