Mr Metals - did you snag any NUKE today? IDCN...I snagged a little just before the close...I think there's more here than I understand. What I was told today: is that it's not clear whether IDCN will take the offer or not...but something is going on regarding the aquisition of a shell co thru IDCN as a means of shaking the shorts. IDCN holders would then be given a share of the shell in addition to their IDCN share. Does this mean anything to you???
I was told the latest news a month ago, and it happened. So I have reason to believe there's money to be made here.

SR (confused)

LOL! No comment...but this morning you made it well known where you stood with MoneyMade "I could give less than a damn of your opinion.."

Folks, read my earlier posts. This guy is DAVID SIRKS in disguise.
He did the exact flip-flop that I said many would.

Guys...stay put and
let the market come to you.

A]We own all of the shares.
B]Whatever's left in terms of shares the company has made a commitment to buy up to 10Million shares in the open market!(Some This month and the remainder next month) They could have gone the USXP route...

That's also why I like IDCN over MINE...IDCN already has cash.
and they've hired TUNS. As for the price movement,Sorry but it takes more than one day to show the company's potential daytraders.... Therefore, the MM's will play with the stock all day long doing the old shake and bake. The next news will be huge IMO, either they'll sell the co. at .37 or we'll have sample results and it's so long pennies$$$$$.

MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 24, 1998--Indocan
Resources Inc. (OTC BB:IDCN) Based on the recent sampling
results showing excellent Au, done by TUNS (Technical
University of Nova Scotia) using atomic absorption sampling
method, the company has decided to begin bulk sampling at the
Isaac's Harbour site as soon as possible. The bulk sampling will
give a better indication of what can be expected when running the
ore through a mill. The drilling of four holes is also being planned
to a depth of 200 to 300 meters.

Mr. Metals, I understand your concerns. The company has an offer for .37 per share, yet no price movement in the stock. I don't know the answers, but maybe the fact that IDCN feels the offer is too low and that they may reject the offer, keeps the price from moving up. Or, could be that a previous PR stated that the company will be buying back some of the stock. There are many questions investors still have about the company. But you believe the PRs(which I do) or you don't. If you look at the historicals, there really isn't much room down. With all the recent news about the company, there is too much potential for price appreciation. I've included the following post for your information and for others who may have missed the news articles.

The first thing I would look at is the credibility of the group- why would they do a private placement one month for cheap stock- then the next month offer to buy out the outstanding- my guess is they are trying to cause short covering from the mm's but nobody believes they have the cash to buy the shares out- its probably not a cash deal
