Rob,

You obviously don't know what that lawsuit was about. It was not about shorting shares or any of this stuff RMILians are discussing.

As far as the first part of your post.. what you are spelling out are the facts of life in the markets today.. whether all is legal and kosher is certainly suspect. The foolishness comes in following an ex-cop who claims to be a psychic/actor/bookseller/biker/investigator/stock picking guru and expecting that your actions will clear up the illegal activity.

>> I guess my point is, we could go after managment, and get what?? The company has nothing, nada. What good does that do me? Instead I can take a chance and if it works out, well we shall see what happens at that juncture. My point is, I will not die without my RMIL money... I could go to Vegas and blow this next amount, but I like the prospects here better then the ones there.<<

You wonder why people still follow this saga ??? It may be the first time that investors who have been defrauded have decided to pick up the tab for those who defrauded them. You have no prospects here... you're dealing with the same crowd. If you went to Vegas would you spend all your money in a casino you knew to be crooked in order to clean up illegal gambling.. ?
