The pump was all in postings to boards like this. Proof? Look at amcity.com. This Houston Business Journal article shows that Summary Corporation, one of many former names of MTEI, was in negotiations to buy the Internet operations of Rice University in a $2MM+ deal. Following Summary, the name was changed to Luma.net.
