Nein, das is nicht richtig. GBUR is in violation of their covenants. How could hey use the additional $5 M line, when they are violating the first $10? You do get a point for reading the Q, though.

Catch 22: If marketing expenses are discretionary (which I agree), then are you expecting a slow down in growth? If they spend less, they grow slower. That would make for a down and dirty financing would it not?
