I wouldn't count the April/May speculative frenzy because it occurred among a handful of stocks... The broader market of small caps didn't experience this frenzy... When more than 50% of the small caps start running into double digit% plus territory while the rest of the market languishes we'll have our broad based speculative frenzy that could be the last act of the this Bull Market...
