He's doing it so Gore won't have to. They both know if we run out of cheap oil the economy will tank. But Gore doesn't want to have to be the one to make these decisions in 5 years, so Clinton is breaking the ground for him.

Very difficult accessing NY Times web site tonite... The DRUDGE REPORT has learned that the NEW YORK TIMES is planning to go with a world exclusive on the Monica Lewinsky situation on Friday. The TIMES report is being described as a major development in the case. One insider at the paper tells the DRUDGE REPORT that the story is being held tight until later tonight.
