Interesting timing Bill. I was planning on asking tonight if There was more connections between Paul M, and the Terry N/Gordon S crowd than Paul serving as attorney for INCE. I traced a connection between the ugly charts, then I began to wonder about more connections. I was going to say that we should not presume that he should have advised INCE mgmt that the converts they issued were a bad move, since he was an attorney, not a management consultant. They advise on the law, how to lessen legal liability, how to violate the spirit of a law while being technically not guilty... Remember justice, truth, doing the right thing are largely irrelevent in the legal community. I was going to recommend that we investigate wether Paul M and the other NPCT insiders have had any other association with the Terry N. gang. Looks like you're comming up with some, which leads me to think there's more. Do they share any common schools? common past employers? Have Paul or the other NPCT/SUNY.... insiders ever merged, or attempted to merge assets from another company into one they controlled? Something doeth appear to thicken. Scott
