Some comments on recent market behaviour of NIR:

I note that today's decline was punctuated by persistant selling from
L.O.M Western; Midland; and TD Greenline. I will make a guess and say that this selling was not specific to the stock but driven by the overall market probably a few margin calls or the fear of margin calls is pushing it. The small cap sector is going nowhere when you consider that it is a bear market. I believe there will be some terrific buying opportunities ahead for this and other good companies as long as you have the cash and the fortitude. Small cap mutual funds are showing horrible performance numbers and are probably completely out of the picture here. This stock will never get to $5.00 without institutional buying. IMO Napier will drop to about $1.50 and then I will buy more.
This is based entirely on my pessimistic view of the overall market and has nothing to do with the company's fundamentals.
