Well H-maaaan!

If you happen to look at the last month, and in some cases the last two months, you will see that 6 out of the 7 Online e-commerce sites
have had an increase in their share price (end of June and first half
of July), and then leveled out hire then they were prior to June.

I can't complain to that.

I.E. (With the RECENT success of other online e-commerce sites like
egghead software) and so on!!!!

Filings are Not Required. I don't know where you get your information from. Welcome to the world of BB stocks. If it is not an SEC reporting company there will be no filings. I do believe audited financials are being completed and then they will file, but even this takes time. Sometimes you have to go by "gut feeling." and with a trigger finger. If you cannot, then you ought to stick with big board blue chips.
