To All Longs, I feel for you guys, I really do. As I stated to Afaq in my post #6850 , there were some serious problems with Osicom dating back to last winter. 1) IPO- why in the world would you pay more money to own what is already yours? 2) CSFB- I admit my investing knowledge is limited, but it does appear to be a floorless convertible, thus the death spiral. 3) Reverse Split- Always bad for the shareholder, Par and company had to know this, they cannot be that ignorant. 4) NO MAJOR SALES- If they had any good news, it would have been announced to support the stock. I am neither long or short this stock. Osicom and Mr. Pawlak led me astray for awhile but I got smart before the house of cards fell.
