A lot of companies have "poison pill" provisions in their corporate charter/by-laws in order to prevent hostile takeovers or attempts to take control of the board.

If CSMA had such a provision, then they could issue a special class of voting only stock, where each share equals the vote of a xxx common shares. The special class of stock would not be convertible into common stock and could be redeemed by the company at any time.

There are certain states where any resident of that state who has owned a particular stock for more than 6 mos can demand that a corporation give up that sort of documentation for review.CSMA shareholders in their state of incorporation may have those review rights.

(This is how the CVIA shareholders took out the rapists that attempted to do a 2nd REG S offering on them AFTER they already had done a 1 for 300 reverse.)

If the rebels in the hills do indeed have a hefty amount of shares, which still does remain to be seen, then the reverse and dilution to regain control of a majority will be accomplished by the ruling junta.

One thing for sure, HK Elrod knows right now the number of "hard" votes that the junta controls. If, and I only say if, it is not a majority, then I refer you back to my post re: reverse and print to majority.

I know how all those poor people living in third world South American states feel. They want the current regime out, but they know that the rebels in the hills will probably be just as bad if they gain power.

This will be an interesting soap opera to watch. But I should warn you, I hear the junta has some plutonium to make some hefty mega tonnage... enough to decrement the surplus population to one fifth its prior level.
