Carlo,

Regarding Ledoux collection of OPT goose eggs. Is it possible that ledoux removed a critical lab modification (inserted by J/L) in order to force the opt numbers to not show up?

Believe it or not I find that an intriguing question. If the contamination came from the protocols why did it not screw up the testing of the standards and blanks? Something stinks in that explanation. Frankly it sounds like an excuse on Ledoux's parts. "Yea the protocol you asked for screwed it up, yea that's the ticket." I am going to be very interested in why this 'contaminated' protocol didn't impact the blanks and standards.
