Your reasoning seems sane to me. I expect a slow drift upwards in price approaching $11. Glad LMM delayed releasing income numbers by having D&T pour over their valuations.

Seems like LMM should just liquidate its holdings. With a bookvalue over 11 consisting primarily of marketable securities, liquidation would give us the a good return in an irrational market.
