Jim, I was told they were done(ie the financial audit that is required by the SEC when you first decide you are going to be a reporting company) and I believe signed. Probably being held up somewhere to torture us shareholders. Probably come out 2 AM Saturday morning. :)

Jim, financials...Hmmmmmm Someone hell all of us needs to hold a contest, winner take all for coming up with the best definition for the word 'imminent '. I'm afraid it would be a rigged contest with the winner being Medinah. They have rewritten the books on a few things. But they are still numero uno in my book. Haven't met a craftier bunch!. Maybe after Dayton's earnings tomorrow, the sh*t will hit the fan and we shall see the other foot drop next week. Maybe thats what they have been trying to tell us through Mike J. (Whaaaaaaaatttttt!, you're saying they would use people on the thread to disseminate hype and rumors....Yeppppppppp I am entitled to my opinion. MOO! MOO!)

I spoke with Larry Regis a week ago and asked this very question. His response was the financials were complete but not yet certified. The accounting firm was going through the figures and he expected shareholder's would be notified in approximately 30 to 60 days. Realist
