THe Bear Market doesn't stop all stocks, Nasdaq had 26 new highs today (and yes, 241 new lows). 1530 issues advanced, while 2682 declined.

So the bear market does not explain everything. Those with good news, like NMGC, went up today.

Hey Kenelration: Stocks have two betas: one up and one down. The maniped frauds like SaRCasM are sliding into oblivion even faster than the overvalued MO's are. There's a reason for that. It's call puke out the questionable crap while you still have an account that's above water. Even the fringe MM's are doing that now. Well, maybe GKNS and SERPent haven't on SRCM yet, but they will very soon. Perhaps tomorrow morning after the numbers are out and "investors" can hear mgmt. lying through their teeth on the call.

Mr. Pink, Mr Pluvia, Mr. Goldfinger and many other shorts will be licking their chops on that call.

In a bear market, do you want to be long a stock with 100mm of debt and negative ebitda that is running out of cash in 9 months?

By the way the high yield bonds are an excellent way to track the value of the equity and the bonds are now offered at 99 with no bid!!!

If creditors don't think the 12% debt is worth par, how much can the equtity be worth?

Even the underwriters are divorcing themselves from what will be a bankruptcy debacle.
