Right . It is the Fidelity Mutual Fund Family. They have a trust division and a charitable trust division. The minimum to open a charitable trust with Fidelity is 10,000.00.

The money is fully deductible in the year the trust is funded however you can wait as long as you wish to actually release the money to a charity or charities. The money is then invested and grows tax free.
