KAHI also owns 1,570,000 shares of Kaire International. Kaire International is set to go public within the next two weeks. These holding will give KAHI an Added book value of .90 cents a share.

KAHI is also in the process of mergering with Potomac Chemicals. Here is an Excerpt from the lastest press release. LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 14, 1998--Kaire Holdings Incorporated ("KHI"), BBS trading symbol KAHI, announced today, following its Agreement release on January 27, 1998, that Potomac Chemicals' chairman David Wang will head up the executive management team to determine the terms for a potential acquisition of a direct marketing company in Malaysia. Per David Wang: "It is Potomac's objective to seek distribution outlets where we already have existing licenses as part of our agreement with Kaire Holdings to expand the sale of their products in the Far East. Concurrent with Malaysia Potomac is actively in discussions with several other countries in the Far East.

We at Stockwiz have learned that the acquisition with Potamac Chemicals is near completion and the company is expecting several news releases in the next few weeks.

We are rating KAHI an aggressive buy up to a share price of .50 cents.
