The new plan by the creditors will be outlined next Monday. It has the current buyers buying Victor for $950K and a Canadian investor buying the thermoplastic division, No mention of shareholders in this new plan, nothing in writing either. By 12Sept98 we might know our fate as investors. Noticed on insider trades that Parks and Palermo returned options to QDRX at end of '97. Too bad we don't have that same protection plan.
