When the stock opens at 75 cents tomorrow, someone will post "its cheaper than cash on hand, what a bargain". I wonder how long till it trades at 1/16 where it appears to be heading.

The restructuring was a euphemism for your suggested firings. The crossroads were passed several months ago-either spend big bucks on advertising and probably go broke, or focus on the commercial market where they had been successful.
